Photoshop is wonderful tool for photographers. But the software is wide and deep. The learning curve is steep. Charles will show you what you need to know and we’ll ignore the rest. This lecture is so valuable because you will learn HOW to do things that are practical and fun.

Experience: A basic understanding of computers.
Equipment: Mac or PC Laptop loaded with Photoshop CS4 or Adobe Elements, Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download), CD-Rom Drive to play lesson files.
Optional Software: Adobe Lightroom 2, PictoColor iCorrect Plug-in, Nik Viveza Plugin (these products are very helpful with speeding up the digital imaging workflow and will be demonstrated). Most of the optional software is available for a free trial download.

Schedule: 10:00AM - 5:30PM (60 minute break for lunch)
Become “Digital Savvy”. This optional class is recommended for all those attending a field workshop. Arrive the night before the workshop in order to attend the class on Thursday. Other workshop attendees will arrive Thursday night for the regularly scheduled workshop which commences on Friday morning.
